Who is your sporting heroine? Sharelle McMahon

How many hours per week to you train/exercise? 2-3 hours a day. At least 21 hours of physical training a week. Not including meetings and game analysis

What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? Healthy eating plan which encourages high energy foods, protein calcium and achieving a balance

What do you love about your sport? Achieving set goals and playing with friends. Keeping fit and healthy

If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? Move to a professional sport. Full time commitment- without needing to work part time.

What motivates you? Achieving set goals- To play for Australia

Do you have a profession outside of your sport? Director of my own jewelry business: Jeanieboy. Education Degree- Physical Education and Maths

If I wanted to play your sport, what advice would you give me? It is so much fun and you get to play in a team environment. It is a great sport to keep you fit and healthy.
