How many hours per week to you train/exercise? I train 20 hours a week
What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? I'm currently on a low carb high protein diet
What do you love about your sport? Badminton has been my life, I started playing when I was 6. It is the fastest racquet sport and it's exciting
If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? Probably try and change it to one of the high profile sports in Australia, thus further promoting it
What motivates you? Representing Australia and bringing pride to the flag is probably my biggest motivation. Other than that is self satisfaction and passion for my sport
Do you have a profession outside of your sport? I currently hold a bachelors degree and am not studying Teaching. This is to further enhance my career and also contribute to my sports even more through that
Three words that describe you: Friendly, outgoing, fun
If I wanted to play your sport, what advice would you give me? I will advice you to be fit to start with as it requires a lot of fitness
