Greatest sporting achievement: Representing Australia at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and winning 3 gold and 2 silver medals at the 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games

How many hours per week to you train/exercise? 30 hrs

What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? Eat healthy but treat yourself when you deserve it!

What do you love about your sport? I love that it is sport that you can be creative and there is always a way to make what you’re doing harder

If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? It would be great if you could make judging 100% fair, but this is a problem in many sports with judges and referees

What motivates you? Being able to travel around the world and represent your country

Do you have a profession outside of your sport? Toured with the Wiggles, work as a gymnastics coach

If I wanted to play your sport, what advice would you give me? It is never too late to start. There are levels available for all skill levels and ages!
