Who is your sporting heroine? I don’t have one sporting heroine in particular. I admire many female athletes who have been successful and made a difference to women’s sport in Australia.
How many hours per week to you train/exercise? I train 11 times per week, 5 hours each day.
What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? I don’t have a specific diet. I eat healthy food so that I can get through the amount of training that I have to. I do love a bit of chocolate too though!
What do you love about your sport? It’s fun and challenging. I love the feeling of nailing a dive.
If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? No outdoor diving. I like indoor pools!
What motivates you? The drive to give my best performance and to dive to the best of my ability motivates me everyday.
Do you have a profession outside of your sport? I do not work but am currently studying media and communications. I hope to pursue a career in media after diving.
