Lydia Williams Supports Sport for Women Day

"I support Sport for Women Day because I think it is important as females to get out and be active through sport.

We are lucky living in Australia because sport is such a big part of our culture that I want to encourage and show that it doesn't matter how old you are or what level of ability you have, being apart of this day is a great way to participate and support female athletes."
