Greatest sporting achievement: 2010 World Ironwoman Champion, 2 x Australian Ironwoman Champion, 6 x Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Ironwoman Series Runner Up

Greatest achievement off the field: Saving someone’s life while on patrol.

Who is your sporting heroine? Kim Clijsters – perfect example of sportsmanship

How many hours per week to you train/exercise? Usually 2-3 times per day, so on a normal week roughly 25hrs. Plus 3-4hrs surfing either on my mal or surfboard.

What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? Caffeine diet.

What do you love about your sport? It provides a perfect platform to lead a healthy and active lifestyle while also teaching you the skills to keep our beautiful beaches safe.

If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? I would love to see a waiting period for our professional races, so we could race when the is surf is at its best.

What motivates you? To improve my skills, get faster, get fitter, get stronger.

Do you have a profession outside of your sport? Part owner of Dolphin Surf Craft

Three words that describe you: laid-back, impulsive, fun

If I wanted to play your sport, what advice would you give me? Be patient. And make sure you’re costume bottoms have a tie in them.
