Who is your sporting heroine? Cathy Freeman
How many hours per week to you train/exercise? Approx 15-20hrs
What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? A low sodium healthy eating plan. We have regular contact with our sports nutritionist at the VIS
What do you love about your sport? I love the white line fever. The game is also constantly evolving, especially the level of physical and mental strength. The athletic ability of some of my teammates and competitors is second to none. I also love the team aspect of netball
If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? The level of exposure, especially that in countries outside of the commonwealth. I would love for Netball to one day be in the Olympic Games
What motivates you? The drive to become a better athlete, both smarter and fitter
Do you have a profession outside of your sport? I am currently finishing my last subject for my Post Graduate Diploma in Exercise Rehab
Three words that describe you: Fun, enthusiastic, kind
If I wanted to play your sport, what advice would you give me? Definitely come and try netball out. It’s a fast, energetic game for all levels. The team camaraderie is exceptionally enjoyable
