Who is your sporting heroine? Anyone who I can learn from. I idolised Jane Franklin, Susie O’Neill and Brooke Hanson

How many hours per week to you train/exercise? Approx 14 plus games

What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? High Protein and carbs, lots of energy. I enjoy all food

What do you love about your sport? Team dynamics – lots of friends, plenty of laughs, and a strong support network. Amazing opportunities and challenges

If you could change something about your sport, what would it be?  More girls playing and getting involved.

What motivates you? Challenge ans Enjoyment

Do you have a profession outside of your sport? I work with InteractSport in Customer Support and have started a PE Teaching degree.

If I wanted to play your sport, what advice would you give me? Say YES as often as you can and enjoy every minute
