Who is your sporting heroine? Layne Beachley and Madonna Blyth

How many hours per week to you train/exercise?  About 10 sessions a week, each between 1 and 2 hours long varied between on the pitch and in the gym.

What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on?  I try to stick to low fat diet, making sure I get enough carbohydrates for energy and protein for recovery, however I do believe in everything in moderation.

What do you love about your sport?  The competitiveness, overall fitness, the friends you make and the places you get to see.

If you could change something about your sport, what would it be?  The sport's profile and increased media coverage, it would be great to see hockey recognised more within the community to encourage kids to get involved.

What motivates you?  Wanting to improve and get better so I can continue to get opportunities to compete at a world level.

Do you have a profession outside of your sport?  Not yet, 1 unit to go in my Interior Architecture degree.

Three words that describe you:  Respectful, hard working, and determined. 

If I wanted to play your sport, what advice would you give me?  Make sure you have a mouth guard and shin guards, practice does make progress and have fun!
