Greatest sporting achievement: Winning Gold in the 1500m freestyle At the Australian Short Course Championships 2011 Gaining a scholarship at the Australian Institute of Sport

Who is your sporting heroine? Shane Gould  - At the age of fifteen she held all the world Records in freestyle.

How many hours per week to you train/exercise? 30 – 35 Hours a week

What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? I follow a healthy diet and have everything in moderation 

What do you love about your sport? I love the feeling after I have finished a hard session. Swimming opens up a lot of avenues being able to travel the world meet exciting people and develop life long friendships.

If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? That Women’s 1500m and mens 800m freestyle where events at the Olympics 

What motivates you? I love being able to push yourself beyond limits you thought you were capable of.

Do you have a profession outside of your sport? I am currently studying a Bachelor of Design in Fashion.
