Who is your sporting heroine? Susie O’Neill

How many hours per week to you train/exercise? 15 or more if I can get the time off coaching!

What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? Eat healthy and in moderation. Lots of vegetables and fruit and fresh things

What do you love about your sport? The 3 dimensional aspect in that you have to be good at all kinds of wind and wave conditions, try to always work out what nature is throwing at us with winds and weather, and make better decisions than my opponents. I love all the cross training to be fit for sailing

If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? Windsurfing is just fantastic – make it easier to sail from more venues!

What motivates you? I aim to be the best I can be every day

If I wanted to play your sport, what advice would you give me? Find the sport you love doing, and do it as much as you can!
