Who is your sporting heroine? I don’t have one sporting heroine in particular. But i do admire those women in sport who are very successful in what they do and that do a lot to promote women in sport.

How many hours per week to you train/exercise? I train around 30 hours a week.

What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? A healthy one, with the occasional treat.

What do you love about your sport? I love the adrenalin rush feeling when racing on the track, and it’s a real social sport. Love my saturday morning bunch rides with a coffee shop stop.

If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? For women to be paid the same as men and more coverage of women’s racing.

What motivates you? I love getting really fit and putting on that green and gold jersey.

Three words that describe you: Competitive, Determined, Caring
