How many hours per week to you train/exercise? 29 hours per week
What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? I don’t have a specific diet I follow. I like to eat healthy plenty of fruit, vegetables and a good amount of protein.
What do you love about your sport? I love the feeling you get from doing a good dive.
If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? If I could change something it would be the cold in the pool during winter.
What motivates you? The rewarding feeling you get from achieving goals that you’ve worked really hard for.
Do you have a profession outside of your sport? I'm currently studing Beauty Therapy.
