How many hours per week to you train/exercise? 25-30 hours

What do you love about your sport? Its so much fun yet so challenging. Every day it holds something new. Its also a great spectator sport

If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? More funding for the Divers

What motivates you? Overcoming challenges is such a great motivator! its inspiring to be so fearful yet achieve a new challenge

Do you have a profession outside of your sport? Beauty therapist

Three words that describe you: Bubbly, trustworthy and strong

If I wanted to play your sport, what advice would you give me? I would recommend starting at the basics and work from there. I would also encourage you to enjoy yourself as you are more likely to learn faster!

Rachel Bugg Supports Sport for Women Day

I support Sport for Women Day because: women don’t get the same acknowledgment as men and it would be awesome to celebrate women in sport. Being healthy and fit for females I believe is really important.
