How many hours per week to you train/exercise? 6-8hours onwater, 6hours at gym, plus recovery and theory sessions

What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? High Protein, build muscle and eat lean.

What do you love about your sport? Competing

If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? That more people get involved in sailing, grow an understanding in the community about sailing as a sport

What motivates you? To be the best

Do you have a profession outside of your sport? Physiotherapy

If I wanted to play your sport, what advice would you give me? Get a buddy and head out on the water, just give it a go and have FUN!
