Who is your sporting heroine? Cathy Freeman & Debbie Watson 

How many hours per week to you train/exercise? I train around 24 hours per week, 10 sessions.

What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? I try to restrict my saturated fat intake, and have to ensure I eat enough Carbohydrates to give me sustained energy, and protein to recover my muscles after gym sessions

What do you love about your sport? It is different, challenging, exciting and aesthetically pleasing to watch!

If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? I would make more individual sports available to compete at the Olympics

What motivates you? The rewards of getting to travel and compete at international competitions

Do you have a profession outside of your sport? Just finished Year 12!

If I wanted to play your sport, what advice would you give me? It takes a lot of hard work, patience and commitment!
