Greatest achievement off the field: Sounds corny but “being a good friend” is important to me

Who is your sporting heroine? Simone Fountain has been someone I admire in and out of the pool.

How many hours per week to you train/exercise? 14-20 Depending on where we are in the season

What kind of diet or nutrition plan are you on? I would love to say I am super strict but I love food too much!.

I believe my body tells me what I need and the harder I work the more my body craves good food. As an athlete food is fuel so the good stuff has to go in.

What do you love about your sport? I love the water. I love team sports. I love the fact that individuals have to come together to create something special.

Its fast, you need to think, you need to be strong, it awesome!

If you could change something about your sport, what would it be? The fact people think it is too rough.

What motivates you? Knowing I haven’t reached my potential

Do you have a profession outside of your sport? I am currently a representative for the swim wear company VICI as well as a studying at Endeavour College of Natural Medicine.
